Help Earn money for your organization!  Tired of selling candy and magazine subscriptions?  Sick of car washes?  Then volunteer for a Hermes Sports & Events race.

Hermes Sports & Events produces many events throughout the year. Volunteers are the backbone and support that many events that we produce need.

Almost every event we produce benefits a charity or non-profit organization. In order to keep costs down and proceeds up, volunteers have become an essential part of many Hermes events. There are numerous responsibilities- some at each event, some specific to individual events. The task we need covered for most events are:

• Water Stations: hand out water to runners on the course
• Registration: help hand out pre-registered race numbers and t-shirts
• Timers: call out split times at each mile mark on the course
• Refreshment distribution (Post Race Food): hand out food and drinks to runners after crossing the finish line
• Course Monitors: direct runners on the course
